To connect your Jaybird Vista 2 earbuds to the Jaybird App, please follow the steps below:
- Download the Jaybird App.
- Make sure your Jaybird Vista 2 earbuds are paired to your audio device.
- Open the Jaybird App.
- Take the Vista 2 earbuds out of the case to connect them to the Jaybird app.
If you're having trouble connecting your earbuds to the Jaybird App, please try the following steps in order:
- Delete the Jaybird App from your phone.
- Turn your audio devices Bluetooth off for at least 10 seconds.
- Reinstall the Jaybird App on your phone.
- Turn your audio devices Bluetooth back on.
- Try connecting to the Jaybird App. Please be patient as this connection can take a while.
