There are two ways to check if your RUN have the latest firmware v1.1.

Jaybird App
Install the Jaybird app and connect your RUN buds
Android: Go to Menu → Support
iOS: Go to Headphones tab → Support
Your RUN firmware will display after the app build number
The latest firmware is v1.1.0, so if you have an earlier version download the Firmware Update Assistant here and follow the instructions.

Update Assistant
Download the Firmware Update Assistant here and follow the instructions. The Update Assistant will tell you if your RUN already has the latest firmware.
