If your wireless mouse battery does not charge to 100% or stops charging before reaching maximum capacity, try these troubleshooting options:
- Use the original charging cable and power adapter to ensure full compatibility with your mouse.
- Turn off your mouse while charging.
- Try a different compatible cable and power adapter to rule out a damaged or faulty cable.
- Update your device firmware using Logi Options+ or G HUB. Select your mouse > open Settings > check under Firmware version for updates.
If your battery still will not charge to the maximum capacity, contact Logitech Support for detailed support.
