Follow the instructions below to successfully update the firmware of your G321 headset using the Firmware Update Tool.

Before you begin:

• The firmware update requires a Windows 11 PC.

• Make sure the headset is charged adequately (more than 50%) before starting the firmware update.

• The headset must be connected via LIGHTSPEED mode for the firmware update to apply.

• Connect the USB wireless receiver directly to the PC’s USB port. Avoid using USB hubs.

• You can also keep the charging cable plugged into the headset while starting the firmware update.

During the firmware update

• Do not change the connection from LIGHTSPEED mode to Bluetooth mode during the update.

• Keep the PC’s screen awake and do not quit or close the Firmware Update Tool while the update is in progress.

• Wait for the update to complete. It is normal for this to take around two to three minutes.

Important: Do not manually turn the headset off or on while the firmware update is ongoing. If the headset turns off and on automatically, let it continue the update without interrupting.

Troubleshooting

• You can repeat the complete process if the firmware update fails.

• If the update fails with an error code, make sure to check all the points above and try again using a different USB port on your PC.
