Your earbuds should feel secure in your ears:

• Gently shake your head left to right to make sure your earbuds are secure.

Your earbuds should feel comfortable in your ears:

• If you feel too much pressure anywhere on your ear, try a smaller size eargel.
• If you feel the earbud is too loose, try a larger size eargel

It is quite common to use different sized eargels in each ear.

You will notice some sound isolation from surrounding noise.
