Device Update Status Stays at "0%"
You may encounter the Device Update status showing 0% for a long time when you're in the device settings page. This will happen if your device is moved or in use while the update is taking place. The device update progress pauses while you're using your device. Once you stop using your device, the device update will continue. -
Device Update Status shows "undefined" percentage
You may see the Device Update status showing undefined for a few minutes when you're in the device settings page. This is due to the update initializing — after a few minutes the exact percentage of the update will show. -
Clicking "Check for update" doesn't start the device update
When you're in the device settings for your device and click Check for update, if a previous update has failed, there is a wait time of 24 hours. After that, Options+ will automatically retry the update process for your device.
