You can set devices to power on in a specific order when you select an activity. For example, when you select Watch TV, you might want your AV receiver to power on before your TV.
To change the power-on order for devices in a Harmony activity:

Log in to your account on myharmony.com.

Select your Harmony Smart Control from the Welcome screen.

Click Activities.

Select the activity you want to modify.

Click Customize this activity.

"Activity startup commands" displays the order of the actions in the activity.
NOTE: "Activity shutdown commands" is at the bottom of the screen. Click the expand button (right-facing arrow) to switch to this list.

Hover over the icon to the left of the Order numbers until the up/down arrows appear.

Click the arrow icon and drag to change the order.
NOTE: Starred items can't be reordered.

Click Save when done.
To update your smart device with these changes:

Log in to your Harmony app.

Tap Menu.
-
Tap Settings.

Tap Sync your Harmony.
NOTE: You can also sync your changes on the PC:

Connect your hub to the PC.
-
Log in to your account on myharmony.com.
-
Select your Harmony Smart Control from the Welcome screen.

Click Sync and follow the instructions to Sync from PC.
NOTE: You can also set the order your devices power off when you turn off an activity. Follow the instructions above, but modify the order in the "Activity shutdown commands".
