When you view the Playback screen, you can hover your mouse over any camera video window to display the "Camera video window options" bar (see below).
You can then click on the icons to access the options. Descriptions of these functions are in the table below.
Camera video window option
Description
Toggle full view
Toggle full view: Expands the viewing window to full screen.
QuickTime
QuickTime: Launches the QuickTime player and plays the current.
Settings
Settings options include:
Print Current Frame: Sends the current frame to the printer.
Save Current Frame: Saves the current frame to your hard drive.
Camera Settings: Gives access to your camera settings.
Motion Zones: Lets you access the motion zones setting for your camera.
Define Pan Tilt Zoom: Adjusts settings for camera pan, tilt and zoom.
Test Camera Bandwidth: Provides the ability to test the bandwidth of your camera.
Remove Camera: This option is only available if a camera is missing or has been removed from your network. It lets you remove that camera from Alert Commander.
Protect Clip: Protects the video clip from being deleted (in Playback mode only).
Delete Clip: Deletes the current clip you're viewing (in Playback mode only).
Save Clip: Lets you save the clip you're viewing to any location on your hard drive (in Playback mode only).
Properties: Displays metadata about your video clip, such as duration, file size, resolution, frame rate, bit rate, start time, file name and location, and if the clip is protected (in Playback mode only).
Pop video out
Pop video out: Lets you drag the viewing window to your desktop.
Pop video in
Pop video in: Available after you pop a video to your desktop. This lets you bring the viewing window back to its original location in the application window.
Play/Pause
Fast Forward, Play/Pause and Rewind: Controls the video you are viewing.
Audio Mute
Audio Mute: Turns the audio of the camera off.
Audio Unmute
Audio Unmute: Turns the audio of the camera on.
NOTE: To use the mute or unmute functions from the extended pop-up camera control, you need to enable the camera audio function first (see answer 360023359173).
Volume
Volume: Controls the audio volume level.
Duration
Duration: Displays the length of the video clip. You can drag the slider forward or backward to go to a specific location in the video clip.
