The correct device is selected for channel and volume control

Answer questions from the Help feature after it resends some commands to your devices.

Help Feature with Multi-Code Devices
If you have a multi-code device, MyHarmony will choose the most popular version that works for the majority of users. When you turn on an activity for the first time, your remote's Help feature will guide you through a confirmation process. If your multi-code device doesn't respond to your Harmony remote, you'll be prompted to log back in to your MyHarmony account to make the appropriate changes. When you log back in, you'll need your original remote to determine which code your device uses.
